What Defines a Faulty Product?
As defined by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, a faulty product is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
- is unsafe
- is significantly different from the sample or description
- doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Fair wear and tear is not covered by this guarantee. Faults caused by general wear-and-tear, improper care or misuse of the product or faults caused with intent are not covered.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Please advise us through the contact us page that you will be returning your unwanted items at your cost. You will be given a full refund once the items are received and checked by our warehouse. Full refunds will only be offered for goods that are unused and still in their original packaging which is not torn or damaged.

Full refunds will only be offered for goods that are unused and still in their original packaging. If you don’t want the item anymore, please advise us through the contact us page within 14 days of delivery that you will be returning your unwanted items, and return it to us at your cost. You will be given a full refund once the items are received by and checked that they are in their original packaging which is not torn or damaged and the product is not used.
Please make sure that you’re happy with your choices before submitting your order. Returns postage is the responsibility of the customer. If an item is opened and not in the original condition, a 15% restocking fee will apply.

Items purchased as part of promotional offers
Items purchased as part of a promotion (e.g. giveaways, free gifts, 2 for 1 offers, promotional sales) or clearance are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. If a product from a promotional offer is found to be faulty, we’ll provide a replacement for the faulty item, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
We follow the guidelines set out by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission. Therefore, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind.
